Terms of Service

1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from Dadcam Rentals (operated by Nightfox Films), you agree to these terms and the Rental Agreement accepted at the time of booking. The Rental Agreement governs specific policies including fees, late returns, cancellations, and equipment care.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before equipment ships. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge for the rental, any applicable services, shipping, protection plans, and any fees incurred during the rental period.

3. Equipment Care

You agree to exercise reasonable care with all rented equipment. Report any damage, malfunction, or loss within 24 hours of discovery. Unreported damage discovered upon return will be presumed to have occurred during your rental period.

4. Vintage Equipment

All equipment is rented as-is. We test and verify function before every shipment but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. See the Rental Agreement for our equipment issue policy.

5. Protection Plans

DadGuard and DadGuard+ are contractual liability caps, not insurance policies. See our DadGuard page for full coverage details, exclusions, and liability caps.

6. Shipping

We ship via ground carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping equipment via an unapproved method (air freight, international carrier, etc.) may void your protection plan coverage.

7. Post-Production Services

Footage plans are fulfilled after the camera is returned. Turnaround times are estimates. See the Rental Agreement for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dadcam Rentals' total liability for any claim arising from a rental shall not exceed the total amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost footage, missed events, or production delays.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in Monroe County, NY.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
