Do you ship across the continental US?
Yes. Free 2-way shipping is included on every rental across the continental US, via USPS Ground Advantage. The prepaid return label is right in the box: just seal it up and put it back in the mail by the end of your last rental day at any USPS location.
What's included in the rental?
Camcorder, batteries, charger, memory card, HDMI cable, shipped in a protective hard case, with a soft case for each camera inside, and a prepaid return shipping label.
When do I pay for my rental?
On bookings made at least 35 days before arrival with a post-discount pre-tax total of $150 or more, you choose at checkout: pay in full, or reserve your dates for $100 today. Same total price either way. If you reserve for $100, the remaining balance including applicable sales tax is charged automatically 28 days before arrival to the card saved at checkout. All other bookings are paid in full at checkout.
What happens if the camera arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will troubleshoot the issue and, if we determine the camera is non-functional and cannot fix it remotely, may ship a replacement subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable or impractical, we will issue a pro-rated refund for remaining unused rental days from the date you reported the issue. If no footage exists, the footage plan fee is refunded.
